- 30-Day Refund Period for Program Services: Some programs Actionera offers will come with a 30-day refund policy. These programs will detail this policy in there own separate terms agreement. Please refer to that agreement for clarification.

- Cancellation of Services: You may cancel your service at any time to prevent future charges. It is your responsibility to request a refund or cancel your service within the specified time frame.

- Yearly Subscription Renewal: If you have chosen the yearly subscription option, a reminder of the upcoming yearly renewal will be sent 7 days prior to the renewal date. After the renewal date, no refunds will be issued. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription within this 7-day reminder period to avoid the annual subscription charge.

- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all cancellations and refund requests are made within the time frame outlined in this policy. We are not liable for any charges incurred due to the customer's failure to cancel the service or request a refund within the specified period.
